Claire Waverly is the founder and lead researcher at Health Product Verdict.
With over a decade of experience in health and wellness research, Claire has spent years analyzing supplement formulations, tracking regulatory updates from the FDA and NIH, and following the science behind the ingredients that fill today’s crowded wellness market.
Claire is not a medical professional — and she is transparent about that. What she brings is a rigorous, evidence-based approach to evaluation: examining ingredient lists against published research, identifying marketing exaggerations, and giving honest assessments even when they go against popular opinion.
After growing frustrated with affiliate blogs that praised every product they covered and health influencers paid to promote supplements without disclosing it, Claire launched Health Product Verdict with one rule above all others: the verdict always comes before the commission.
Our Review Methodology
Every product reviewed on this site goes through the same structured evaluation:
